How to reply to Stove Email notification

Hello, I received a follow-up notification regarding my account recovery request. However, when I checked the inquiry details, I could not find any section or tool that shows the information I previously submitted for follow-up. The only available options in the email are Reply to Survey, List, and Re-inquire. Could you please advise where I can reply to the email?
