I would like to appeal regarding my account being permanently blocked. Earlier today, May 12, 2026, I was able to access and play on my account normally without any issues. However, when I tried logging in again this evening, I received a message stating that my account has been permanently blocked.
I sincerely believe this may be a mistake because I have never used cheats, hacks, third-party software, or any illegal tools that could violate the rules of the game. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account, so this situation is very upsetting for me.
I kindly ask your team to review my account and reconsider the ban. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.
