I can't get the code on my gmail

Hi I want to change my gmail because my account which is the sweetlovely5 got *u*****ou* activity and it placed under control account protection but when I try to verify my Identity the gmail didn't generate the code. I knew my Q&A if needed I just really want to bring my account back to me. Its been my partner since the day I played CFPH please help me to recover my account.
