Technical Status Report: Converge ICT Connectivity [2]
To the Crossfire Philippines Management,
We would like to humbly bring to your attention a persistent technical issue currently affecting a large portion of the player base using Converge ICT as their Internet Service Provider.
For some time now, players on this network have been experiencing consistent and sudden disconnections from the game. While the internet connection for other services remains stable, the link to the Crossfire servers frequently drops, making it difficult for players to maintain a stable session.
We also want to share that because of these constant technical drops, many players who attempt to log back in are unfortunately encountering permanent account bans. It appears the system may be reacting to the frequent disconnections and repeated login attempts caused by the ISP instability.
We are reaching out simply to ensure that the management and technical teams are aware of this situation between the game's servers and the Converge network. We understand that maintaining a game of this scale is a challenge, and we simply wanted to provide this information regarding the current experience of the Converge user base.
