can't login, restrict account even the password is correct

My account can't be opened even though the password is correct, how can I fix this? My account has been restricted because I've tried to open it over and over again but it still won't open, please help  



for crossfire/stove owner i can give you the full info about my account to prove that my account can't log in even the password is correct i can prove that my account got restrict, i will the give the  birth of my account to prove that is mine thanks i hope you can help me
