I don't think he's wall hacking base from early 2 minutes less the Era player guy got killed at the back so obviously you can tell that he's aware of enemy around changing position, From the Tunnel part where he slug shot the enemy he mostlikely aware of Planting C4 would alert the opposing team. I do believe that he was stand still was probably changing music or looking his tab of browser. For my opinion this guy is Innocent.
