account has been permanently blocked

Hello GMs,

I hope you are doing well. I am respectfully asking for a review of my account ban. I submitted a support ticket about a month ago and have been patiently waiting for an update, but the ban is still active. I avoided sending multiple tickets to prevent being marked as spam.

I really don't know what causes of the ban, I'm just your normal typical player who plays at internet cafe, I'm humbly asking to lift up my ban as I really want to play CF again :( thankyou very much. More powers to you.
