hello guys im new to this stove, my concern is i cant login my old account. the last time i played is 2018 and my account was made year 2016. so when i try to login it the character in typing exceeds in limit, and my username is 13 character but the limit is 12, i dont understand, is there anyone who can help me, i just bought my own PC and ready to play again but this thing happen :(

Hello po... Sana naman di basta basta mapalitan ang email na nakaverified sa account. Salamat po
nagkaroon kase ng account migration from gameclub to stove. Sa pagkakaalam ko, kapag hindi ka nakapagmigrate sa deadline, buburahin na sa system ang account mo. try mo nalang din magfile ng report sa support page ng stove. Then isa pa, may Dormant Account Policy na si Stove. Kapag 1 year walang ganap ang account mo, yung tipong di mo na nagagamit, buburahin na nila sa database yung account.
