Lost account cannot be recovered

My account suddenly became a random account for no apparent reason. Even though I have screenshots and all the information from when I registered the account in 2016, and I've uploaded my driver's license and passport, I still can't prove that I'm the owner of this account. They need all ecoin records from 2016 to 2025. I'd like to ask, I've spent at least 50,000 and topped up hundreds of cards. Who could possibly keep so many top-up records over nine years? This is truly an absurd verification method.
