suggest I hope the old website where I can shop is not enough QnA or email is unfair because it's only email what if I forgot the password of the email account what if the player only knows QnA what if the account is restricted I just need to recover the email there are many what if I hope many people want to go back to ccf but they can't because the site is broken and they can't recover just suggest I hope no one gets angry thank you

I know it sounds like a pain in the **** but you have to remember your email and your password altogether as a form of identity.
If you can't recover your old account, why not go to their support page.
However, there's a limitation for it like:
- They can't assist you if you lend someone your account to others (scammed by pretentious GM wannabe or a bad actor, etc.)
- Providing falsified or fake documents proving you are using that account.
- And more to that (based on Zendesk)
If you manage to recover your account, you can just straight away change everything including password and email.
Stove nowadays let me use their app to use the QR code to sign in which is very convenient to secure my account.
