Good day,

I just want to complain my account because I play this morning November 16, 2024 and it was working fine and I can login normally. And then suddenly this evening same day I try to login my account buy it says that YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY BLOCKED. I didnt use any cheat or any illegal tool which will cause my account to be banned. its a lose info

Please help me bring back my account. thank you
