MY ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY BLOCKED [1]

Dear Stove Studio Support Team, Good day.

I am reaching out regarding an issue I am currently facing with my Crossfire account, which has been banned. I would like to respectfully request more information about the reason for the ban, as I was not aware of any violations or unusual activities that would have led to such action.


Could you kindly investigate this issue and provide clarification on the cause of the ban? If there has been a mistake or if there are any steps I can take to resolve this matter and regain access to my account, I am more than willing to cooperate fully.
