hello GM crossfire PH, im from indonesia but my account was suspend no reason can u send me the reason, i dont using cheat but every player said cheater when play ghost mode, idk they cant read tips play ghost mode by press F1 they still trash talk to me, i just defense my self pls how to unbanned my account. I'm a bit regretful, even though i like playing this game and often top up, but i got a suspension that i dont know what i did and costumer service from my country is cant to acces. Thank you.

same thing happened with my account, got blocked without any reason , i never used any 3rd party program in my entire life im not even familiar with other programs that can be used while playing AND IM USING LOW END LAPTOP just to play, this is absurd getting blocked without any reason nor explanation this is very frustrating i spent thousands of pesos, I've been playing this game for more than 10 years and this is the first time i encountered this issue, this is unacceptable, I'll accept getting blocked if there is any supporting documents or proof that can show that exact reason of getting blocked

i already filed a ticket but you guys gave an expected time frame of 120 days? are guys serious? you can blocked account instantly but cannot conduct proper investigation right away. this is ABSURD

In-game Mass Report maybe? for toxicity? or harrassment?

i dont know, I guess so, they are always get angry and accuse me of using cheats, even though I play normally, I hear the sound of ghosts breathing, maybe they are not wearing headsets so they think it is cheating, then they call me with harsh words, I responded to them a bit to avoid being bullied, but most of them were in Tagalog, so I don't know if they were asking other players to report me. I hope this post helps me understand why my account was banned, and decide whether to continue playing this game or not. :( sorry if my words are very long
