This is the 2nd time that I got 1 hour restricted due to poor connection while playing ZA4. Please help me out on this issue.

Every time I'm playing ZA4 ( old or new map ) my game is lagging , by that I mean my connection is so delayed. 

I have no idea why... But when I'm playing normal ZA or any normal game mode, I'm not getting any connection delay, but just in ZA4 ( old & new ) 

Then the first time I encountered the 1-hour restricted was when I was trying to quit my game on ZA4 because I couldn't play due to an insane connection delay. the game wouldn't let me quit; instead, it gave me a " SERVER IS FULL " I clicked "okay," and then next thing that popped out on my screen was " CLIENT ERROR " I clicked okay, and the next thing that came out was that I was already restricted for 1 HOUR )  This happened like last week.

Then it happened again on August 8, around 1:10 AM , as I was trying to check again my connection in ZA4 to see if my game was going to be delayed again or not, because sometimes I can normally play ZA4 with no delay in connection. But luck wasn't on my side this time. As I was trying to check again, it turned out to be delayed again, and I tried to quit, but the game wouldn't let me quit. Then the same things popped out again: "SERVER IS FULL" and CLIENT ERROR " Your account is restricted for 1 hour ) 

Last week I recorded a clip of how it looks from my POV when I'm playing ZA4 with the delayed connections.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this delay issue everytime I'm playing ZA4
