permanent blocked

Why my acc was permanently blocked? I never use cheat or anything an i use my acc from impact and other event on cfph. You should fixed it it almost months since i never used my acc please fix it and bring back my acc with no exception.

Hi @NALRAA I just had the same issue with me, it's been a few years since I played this game again, but when I returned to play it, it says my account has been permanently banned. I remember being able to play the game before I lost my access to it and I'm not using any cheat because my account has a VIP Character. My IGN is Destructa*Xx. Thank you

I got the same issue out of knowhere i got permanently block i never use cheat i play this game more than 10 years and when i open it to play i got permanently block can you help me fix this my ign is AG7_NevelE*1, FYI GM i never use any 3rd party software, i send a ticket i hope you reply as soon as possible
