Account Retrieval [7]
Good day! I'll get straight to my concern regarding the retrieval process of my crossfire account. Is it normal that my ticket keep getting ignored? It's my third time writing a ticket about my account and for the record when the system was not under stove before, I onced did able to retrieved my account since it's named under me and I still remember the Secret Answer and the birthday obviously. But now that I would like to get back to the game I'm surprised with the new website and process although I've manage to write a ticket now but after sending the requirements of me ( a picture holding my birth certificate with ticket number and date ) the ticket always got ignored, I didn't even get a reply that the picture I've sent was valid or received to their end. But just completely got ignored. I'm not mad. I'm simply just wanted to play the game again especially since I've spent so much time, and money on that game and I can't lose the progress and also my crossfire friends. Hope someone can help me here.

Just wait for your request to be answered by our Support Team. Do not create multiple ticket requests with the same concern to avoid suspension.
Is it normal that it takes them 7 months to validate an account ownership? or should I wait more,

You should only submit 1 ticket regarding to your concern. I too submitted a retrieval ticket and it took 2 weeks for the whole process. Just be patient
