FOR CONTEXT: This player openly admits to using cheats and offers services to other players for monetary gain. He is blatantly using cheats and is very persistent in making players spawn the cards they obtain. Please do something about these players as they ruin the game for everyone, abuse the system and profit off of players by offering these kinds of services all because they believe they won’t be punished for it.
