We are aware of the issue on the May Event Lotto from the GP Box Festival 3 Event. The error message occurs when you try to open the May Event Lotto.

Users will obtain the May event lotto items through the GP Box Festival. However, May Event Lotto will not work and will cause errors until April 16th, so please refrain from using them until then. Rest assured, the May Event Lotto Item will be properly preserved and will be available for use after the April 16th patch after the weekly server maintenance.
