[Guide] How to Extract DXDiag Logs
If you're having trouble with Crossfire PH, sending us your "DxDiag" information can help us understand your computer's setup. Here's how to get it:
- Open the Start Menu: Click the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Type "dxdiag": Just start typing the letters dxdiag (no spaces or quotes).
- Open the Tool: You'll see "dxdiag" (or "DxDiag Run command") appear in the search results. Click on it.
- Say "Yes": A small window might pop up asking if you want to check if your drivers are digitally signed. Click "Yes".
- Save the Information: In the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window, click the button that says "Save All Information..." (it's usually at the bottom).
- Choose Where to Save: A "Save As" window will appear. You can save the file anywhere you like (your Desktop is an easy place to find it). Just click the "Save" button. The file will be named "DxDiag.txt".
7. Send Us the File: Now you need to share this "DxDiag.txt" file via pastebin
Paste it to Pastebin:
- Go to this website: https://pastebin.com/
- Open the "DxDiag.txt" file you saved.
- Copy all the text inside the file (Ctrl+A to select all, then Ctrl+C to copy).
- Go back to the Pastebin website and paste the text into the big empty box (Ctrl+V).
- Click the button that says "Create New Paste".
- Once the paste is created, copy the link (web address) of the Pastebin page and send us that link.
