f.As usual, I closed all background applications before logging into the game and made sure everything was correct before I logged in. Before the incident, I accidentally touched the laptop's touchpad with my left arm while in the game. Realizing this could affect my gameplay, I turned off the touchpad through the laptop's control center. After a while, the game displayed "Disconnected from server. [Reason: Disallowed program]." After the incident, my friend remotely checked my background processes to confirm there were no cheats or hacks, including but not limited to (macros, game scripts, etc.). It was inferred that this was the only thing that could have caused the disconnection. Previously, I also touched the touchpad while playing Crossfire PH, but this situation never occurred. Then today, upon waking up, I found that a friend had sent me a screenshot in the early morning showing that other players also experienced this issue. Therefore, I am hoping to report this bug.
