Disallowed program issue. pls help

Please help me with my problem sir.. after 1 game i always dc and it say's "Disconnected from the server Reason: Disallowed program* i have not even download anything except for update... we have computer shop and all of our pc is having the same issue.. so many kids wants to play cf but they always complain about the dc

diskless po ba yan na gumagamit ng icafe, ccboot or ccu? if oo, possible na may problema sa image na gamit mo. much better if itatanong mo rin po sa pinagbilhan mo ng software kung may optimized image sila na walang error sa CF.
