Missing shell Dll

My crossfire keeps saying missing shell dll i re installed the game but its still saying missing shell dll how to fix this
??

Just use this Vcredist AIO from aboddi of MDL forum. This is by far the easiest way :

download the one with 64bit support. Activate the installer and let it finish. This one has the compilation of vcredist binaries that you need for your games.
