Good day! We are pleased to inform you that the previous issue regarding the automatic changing of username of Gameclub accounts when using the STOVE APP for email verification has been fixed!

To be able to use all the functions mentioned above, the user must update their STOVE APP or download the latest version. Using an outdated STOVE APP will result to an error message "A server error has occurred. Please Try again". So in order to fix this, the user must use the latest version of the STOVE APP.

STOVE APP Update  – Must Update to latest one!

• Users with Gameclub accounts will not be automatically changed when verifying email.

• Users can now use the OTP system. Users need to verify their email first in order to use this function.

• Users need to use their secondary email when making an account.
 If the user forgot his secondary email, kindly contact the Customer Support for further assistance.

Players can now use the STOVE APP for verifying emails with no issue.
Furthermore, users who verify their email can now fully take advantage of OTP system and other features of STOVE APP!

   Access the lounge, official communities, and Stove services effortlessly with the one simple app login.
   
   
   
   
   2. Stay updated:
   Set up notifications for new posts in your CFPH communities.
   Simply go to Community > Select your CHPF community > Activate the notification icon.
   
   
   
   3. Secure your account:
   Receive login notifications and check your login history through the Stove app.
   Remotely log out from all devices for added security, especially when using public computers.
   
   
   
   4. Quick and easy login:
   Use QR login for faster access. Simply scan the QR code displayed
    on the login screen to bypass the need for username and password.(QR login only available on the email vertified users!)
