How's the experience of Report Player feature?

It's been a few months already since this feature was finally added on CFPH , but I still don't understand the need of having the STOVE forum if we can simply submit inside the game? What is actually happening in our game reports? I hope you give us some notifications inside CrossFire via system message to give us an idea if the said player was penalized or not. I still hope for the better security in game especially ranked match.
