[Notice] Information on STOVE APP email authentication issues

Good day! This is to inform everyone about the current issue regarding some Gameclub account holder's username (ID) being automatically changed to email. The team is aware of the problem and is currently fixing the issue as soon as possible. To give everyone an insight about the issue, kindly read below.
There is ongoing issue on STOVE APP: USERNAME (LOGIN ID) AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED TO EMAIL ADRESS
-This is caused when a user has done the following:
a. A Gameclub account holder (letter + number username) has not yet verified his email on STOVE.
b. Gameclub account holder login to STOVE App
c. The user then now uses the STOVE App to verify his email
- The result would be that the existing Gameclub username will be converted to the email used for email verification on STOVE APP.
- Also, the other security functions of the STOVE App like OTP (One Time Password) will not be available on the existing Gameclub user and new user who registered their account on CFPH official website.
CURRENT SITUATION AND FIRST UPDATE ON Nov 7th.
- Users whose username has been changed due to this error are now allowed to login their accounts using the Original Gameclub username that user owned before (letter + number)
we would like to inform everyone that if a user tries to login an unverified Email Gameclub account on STOVE App first, his username will be changed again to the email he used for email verification on STOVE APPs. Therefore, be aware that our side will help you to retrieve changed email address to your original accounts, but due to this ongoing issue, we strongly recommend CFPH user to first verify your email on https://event.onstove.com/cfph/ email-event so that the username is no being changed.
SECOND UPDATE (Middle of November)
- We will be fixing the issue and implementing the following on STOVE App next update.
a. Username of Gameclub account will no longer be changed to email when using the STOVE App to do the email verification process for the first time
b. Old Gameclub username and new account registered on CF PH website can now use the OTP function of STOVE App
The STOVE platform registered users can use the OTP regardless of this issue.

To those who have forgotten their email or used a random letter as their email, you can file a ticket on our Customer Support to retrieve the information.

Updating your account information
Once you retrieve your old email, you can change it on your account settings at MY INFO ( https://member.onstove.com/member/info )
