Good day,

I would like to appeal the permanent block on my account.

On September 10, 2026, I was able to log in and play normally without any issues. My account was working fine, and I did not receive any warning or notification that there was a problem with my account.

However, on the morning of September 11, 2026, I tried to log in again and suddenly received the message: “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY BLOCKED."

I would like to clarify that I did not use any cheats, hacks, exploits, or any other illegal third-party tools that would violate the game's rules. I believe my account may have been blocked by mistake.

I kindly ask you to review my account and investigate the reason for the permanent block. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if my account could be restored

And then suddenly the same day I try to login my account buy it says that YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY BLOCKED. Crossfire Philippines account has been permanently blocked. I believe this may be a mistake because I have not used cheats or any unauthorized software.
