My account has been put on hold because it is a lost info, and I comply all the process that proves i’m the real owner in the gameclub support website until, on the last step where i have to send the photo of me holding the ticketnumber plus valid id, the agent said i have to transfer to stove and create another ticket. Then, i use my 2nd account to stove inquire but it said, the account has not been registered to stove. How can i open my account in stove if the crossfire team HOLD my account. I’ve already done the process but still i can’t reclaim my acount. What should I do? ANY HELP?
