[Notice] IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE STOVE PLATFORM
Dear CF Nation,
Since we will be moving our services from Gameclub to Stove, we would like to share some important information regarding with the STOVE platform. Below are some topics that we want to inform the users on it's policies and it's benefits as well upon verifying your email.
1. STOVE ACCOUNT - ACCOUNT RESTRICTION POLICY - WRONG PASSWORD
We would like inform everyone about one of the policy of the STOVE platform regarding with its restriction due to putting wrong password multiple times. This restriction policy is to prevent abuse and restrict potential hackers of account
Scenario 1: User only logged in to CF PH game but did not yet verify his email on stove.
-If a player forgot his password or put his password, a CAPTCHA window will be prompted to the user.
The user needs to put the CAPTCHA details correctly and the correct password for him to be able to login again
We strongly suggest the user to verify his email on STOVE in order for you to access the Customer Support function of STOVE to further assist you in case of game or account related problems.

Scenario 2: User already verified his account on STOVE
-If a player inputs the password wrong 5 times, the CAPTCHA window will appear. But if the users keeps trying over 15 times, the account will be temporarily banned for 5 hours. So please avoid putting your password incorrectly too many times (15 times) and file a ticket so a CS agent can assist you with your account concerns.

2. ACCEPTING TERMS OF AGREEMENT & PLAYER POLICY
Another update that's included on the transition to the STOVE platform is the first-time logging-in of accounts in the game. Users need to accept the Terms of Agreement and Player Policy before being able to log in to the game
Below are the steps and difference of Gameclub Accounts vs STOVE accounts.
STOVE ACCOUNTS (accounts created through stove)
1.After logging-in, a pop-up window will appear prompting the users to accept the terms and conditions.
2. After clicking confirm, a new pop-up window will appear showing the Terms and Conditions. User must click the checkbox in order for him to continue
3. Click Accept to confirm on agreeing on the terms and conditions
4. The last pop-up will appear confirming that the user accepted the terms and conditions. Click Start Game to continue in-game.
GAMECLUB ACCOUNTS (accounts created on CF PH website prior to transition to STOVE)
1.After logging-in, a pop-up window will appear prompting the users to accept the terms of service and player policy
2. Click the checkbox to confirm agreeing on the terms of service and player policy.
3. Click confirm to continue to the game
3. CHANGING PASSWORDS
One of the basic functions is changing passwords. We would like to inform the community that you may change depends on the type of account that you own.
PASSWORD CHANGE CAMPAIGN
One of the features of the STOVE platform is reminding the users to update their password from time to time in order to help them strengthen the security of their accounts. A pop-up will appear to remind you on changing your password. You may ignore this option if you don't wish to change it.
Clicking the “Change Password” button will redirect you the next step.
GAMECLUB ACCOUNT
User may have the option to change password by doing the following:
1. Login to your account
2. Once logged-in, click on MY INFO
3. On the basic information tab, click "Change" on the password section
4. User will then be redirected to the identity verification page. User now needs to put the following correctly in order to proceed.
- Secret answer to secret question
- Date of Birth
5. Once successfully putting the correct information, the user will be redirected to the reset password page
6. User may now update his new password
Important information
• In a scenario where a user forgot his secret answer, he may seek help from the customer support by filing a ticket to the Customer Support

STOVE ACCOUNT
1. Login to your account
2. Once logged-in, click on MY INFO
3. On the basic information tab, click Change on the password section
4. User will then be redirected to the identity verification page. A verification
code will be automatically sent to your verified email.
5. User must check his email for the verification code and input it on the identity verification page
6. Once the code is verified, the user will be redirected to the reset password page.
7. User may now update his new password
4. NEW COMMUNITY PAGE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT PAGE
If a user only logged in and not verify his email, he can only access the game but not the additional features of STOVE platform. One of the few perks when verifying your email on STOVE is that you can access it's additional functions and features!
A pop-up window will appear for the users (unverified email) who will login either to the Community Page or Customer Support for the first time
Users need to check the box to agree on the terms of service and player policy.
Clicking Confirm will enable the user to access both the Community Page and Customer Support
COMMUNITY PAGE
Verified email / Accounts who accepted the terms of agreement can gain access to the COMMUNITY PAGE where you can discuss things about Crossfire with your fellow soldiers! Gather important intel on ongoing events and promos by checking out its announcement and events section so you won't get behind.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Lastly you will also gain access to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT where you can file a ticket in case you encounter and issue with the game or your account.
5. FILING A TICKET
One of the important functions of STOVE is its Customer Support system. Since encountering an issue with the game or your account is inevitable, learning how to file a ticket for support is a must know how. We have prepared a step-by-step guide for you to learn on how to file a ticket on STOVE.
