Due to being busy, I was unable to use the account for an extended period. Recently, I decided to access my account again and discovered that the website has changed. Because of these changes, I was unable to log in successfully. In addition, when I attempt to access the account, an email address appears to be linked to it. However, I have never added or registered any email address to this account before. I can still access the account through GameClub, which indicates that the account is still active. Disallowed Program (IDK why this happened). [1]
Well my cf keep getting disconnected from game says "Disallowed Program" when i literally do nothing. I didn't use any macro etc (i tried using Office mouse) and still get same result. Maybe GM or someone can assist me with checking my Task Manager and tell me which one causing this Disallowed Program? Thankyou.

I need a Moderator or a Game Master to look into my case immediately because your web support ticket system is broken, neglectful, and trapped in an endless loop of copy-pasted responses. My account (IGN: SBT_LyanGab. / Username: hardworkingtzy) was banned back in November 2025. I was told to wait 120 days for an investigation. I waited. On April 2, 2026, I was told to wait another 60 days because the GMs hadn't replied. Today, June 5, 2026, I submitted the follow-up as instructed, only to receive the EXACT SAME automated response telling me to wait ANOTHER 60 DAYS until August 7, 2026! This is a total of 240 days (8 months) of waiting just for a basic account review! This is my personal main account that I heavily invested in. It is completely unacceptable that your support team just copies and pastes scripts to buy time while shifting 100% of the blame to the GMs. I am demanding a manual escalation of my case. Hello administrators, I’m here on my behalf to explain what just happened earlier I went to the bathroom to do my business and I left my account on a computer shop/ Internet cafe and when I came back I’m shocked that the opposing team kept spamming that I’m getting banned because of the chats that I didn’t make and someone was using my account while I was in the bathroom and the person who used my account kept spamming harassing my messages towards the opposing team and now im shocked and afraid of my account getting banned because I spent a lot of money and time of it and just because someoned used it without my consent I might getting banned. BUG REPORT - GOLD/NORMAL ZA COSTUME BOX TURNS TO 5S RANDOM CARD BOX [3]
I recently encountered this bug, in which when I open a costume box for za whether it's gold or normal, I'll get a 5s random card box. It is disappointing especially the box should contain the costume and the only thing that supposedly random is the effect of that costume. At first I thought it was a visual bug on my end, and I also try to refresh and restart the game, but it still the same. I try to ask to others about this bugs and same goes for them, randomly it became costume and sometimes became 5s random card box. I hope the team can check, fix, and reimbursed the wasted costume box that turns to 5 star random card box. Thank you.
