For users who encountered hackers in-game, follow the guide below. NOTE 1: When submitting a report, please ensure that you follow the correct format and include only one player per report . If you wish to report multiple players , kindly create a separate report for each one . NOTE 2: All reports must include evidence. A screenshot of the reported player is required . You can use screenshots of the following as evidence, screenshot of the Scoreboard (Tab) or a screenshot showing the Kill Feed. For example: ﹒A screenshot of the scoreboard clearly showing an unusually high score from a player. ﹒A screenshot of the kill feed that clearly shows a player eliminating all opposing team members immediately after the round begins. EgoistRealm™ using software to see thick smoke. [1]
The video from our POV livestream shows that the opposing team was able to see through very thick smoke. For context, our team was using the Invisible Anti-Smoke item, which should have prevented this. Because of this incident, several of our members have lost motivation to continue playing, and it has seriously affected our enjoyment of the game. We would greatly appreciate it if the team could investigate this match and take the appropriate action if any violation is found. I have attended an image of the players we fought. They claimed that they were also using Anti-Smoke, but based on what we observed in the video, that explanation does not seem credible. I also have the raw,unedited video available and can provide it if needed. The Facebook video link I submitted is only the edited version.
