Rectify VVIP Weapon Tagging (CREST) [4]
Dear CFPH, Please rectify the VVIP Weapon Tagging (CREST) feature. Currently, the tagging system (Crest) weapons is not functioning correctly. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Please see attached pictures for your reference. Thank you for your assistance and support.

Please fix this disconnect bug [1]
Please fix this bug. I'm not using any illegal programs. I've been disconnected three times, but others are telling me I'm using cheats. Is this because I'm using a VPN, TikTok Studio, OBS Studio, or Discord? So I feel like I'm being accused of cheating. Please fix this, and I'm not using any illegal programs. As a crossfire ph streamer on TikTok and YouTube, I am very uncomfortable with the disconnect bug and the chat info in my room being banned because I use an illegal program (anti-cheat detected).

Re-open request for Mega Jackpot lotto from older versions of the client. [1]
I've been requesting this since the release of classic collection lottos. I just want this to get back on main lotto list for a limited time like what you did last year on Elite M4, AK-47 Silver, and Dragon AWM so we can get larger GPs instead of spending hours grinding for GP, it's more of a easy way out with a lil bit of spending ecoins.

Improve bag system in-game. [4]
Hi gamer developer, I am just wondering if you can improve bag system in-game, like we can use all guns we have by purchasing the bag 8-14 and 16-21, this kind of bag improvement in-game will be more inconvenience to all have vip's guns and more. Insufficient Reserves of both Vepr-12 Zeus & Glock 18-Zeus Ammo [2]
The Main Problem of the current Vepr-12 Zeus (Shotgun) was on both Mutation/Zombie mode and Normal Match was the Magazines and its reserves being too short even if you equip Mutation Ammo and Shotgun Magazine Item additionally sharing Glock 18-Zeus Pistol suffering low capacity. Vepr-12 Zeus: 14/28 (Normal) 23/46 (Mutation Modes) 23/69 (Mutation Ammo Boost) Needs to improve: -Ammunition reserves for Mutation like +2 Magazines Reserves. -Lower the Full auto recoil like PVE/ZA's Vepr-12 Rampage. + = -Primary Reserves is not enough. Glock 18-Zeus: -Look at the extended magazine part and yet suffers low capacity. -Reduce the recoil since the pistol itself has compensator (design) Glock 18 G-Spirit (VVIP/Noble Gold): -Small design both Noble Gold and VIP is having more 20 Round per magazines. vs

Reintroduce Cheytac Reality Sound in CFPass / Lapis Lotto Choices [7]
Dear Crossfire PH Team, I would like to kindly suggest bringing back the Cheytac Reality Sound as an available option in future CFPass rewards or Lapis Lotto prize pools. This sound effect has always been one of the most iconic and favorite features among players — its unique, crisp, and powerful firing sound is truly distinct and adds so much satisfaction and immersion when using the Cheytac M200. Many players, including myself, have been hoping to see it return, as it was a big part of what made that weapon feel special. Make the original background can be remove to the BGM List [1]
Suggest to the developers in the game that make the BGM: Old School Music can be remove just as the same as the other BGM can be obtain in the CF Pass to give way the user UI/UX feel more comfortably especially enjoining the BGM music obtain. Or at least there is an option that it will be in a loop so that the shuffle music button is now changeable from shuffle music into loop music if the original BGM: Old School Music can't be remove either.

Add Silencer Removal Feature to M4A1-S-Beast Rewind [1]
Good day Crossfire Devs and Community, I would like to suggest a quality-of-life update for the M4A1-S-Beast Rewind. Right now, the weapon has a fixed suppressor. However, unlike flashy VVIP weapons with neon glowing colors, the Beast Rewind skin looks like a classic, normal M4A1-S skin with traditional colors. Because it has a realistic, standard look, it would feel much more authentic if it also had the classic feature of a detachable silencer. I am suggesting that players be allowed to manually remove and re-attach the silencer during a match. Detaching the suppressor would give the weapon its loud, classic M4A1 firing sound and a different handling style, making the gun much more versatile and fun to use. Please consider this feature update to match the weapon's classic appearance. Thank you!

Are there many accounts that are hacked and many OTP login senders? [1]
Nowadays, it's so easy to hack cfph accounts with just a user ID and the great thing is that the email OTP can be penetrated. My friend's account was hacked and now I'm working on getting it back. And now my account is being hacked by someone else and there are lots of OTP spam in my Gmail, cfph must act. My suggestion is to use 6 OTP codes for verification.

Account Security Suggestion [2]
Good day everyone, I was referred here by Crossfire Philippines Customer Service to post my suggestion regarding account security for possible review and discussion. I would like to suggest re-implementing the previous email protection feature where a registered email address could not be changed unless the person attempting the change had access to the original registered email. I believe this feature provided an important additional layer of security for player accounts. I have already activated the OTP security feature on my account, and I appreciate the effort to provide better account protection. However, I personally think OTP alone may not always be enough. If an unauthorized person gains access to an account and is able to change the registered email immediately, it can make account recovery more difficult for the original owner. Requiring verification through the original registered email before allowing an email change could help reduce risks of account theft and strengthen a
