Launcher UI / Quality of Life (QoL) Improvement [1]
Right now, every time we launch the game, the patcher pops up asking us to select between DirectX 9 or DirectX 11. Since most players stick to the same version every session, having to select it manually every single time adds an extra step. Proposed Solution: Add a "Remember my choice" checkbox next to the DirectX options (mockup image attached below). How it works: Once checked, the patcher saves your selected DirectX version so you don't have to re-select it on every launch. Why it helps: It speeds up launch time, reduces unnecessary clicks, and makes the overall startup experience smoother for players. Streamlines Auto-Login: For players using the "Remember Me" feature to log in automatically. Saving the DirectX choice lets players launch straight into the game without any manual input.

Please update the security of our accounts, especially for email changes. Before changing the email address, a verification code should first be sent to the current email to prevent unauthorized access and hacking. Even with an authenticator enabled, the current email can still be changed without any notification, and the password can also be changed once the email has been replaced.

Dear STOVE Support / Crossfire PH GMs, I am writing to request assistance in retrieving my old legacy GameClub Crossfire account. I forgot all of my account information due to the long time that has p***** since I last logged in. Because this was a Free-to-Play (F2P) account, I do not have any Ecoins purchase receipts or serial codes. However, I still retain the crucial identification details of the profile: 1. Convert The Ecoin Guns on the Shop to GP [1]
What if Ecoin Guns could be converted into GP? I honestly feel like Ecoin Shop Guns are slowly being forgotten. With VIP Guns, Lotto Guns, and other colored weapons dominating the game, these guns barely get any attention anymore. Most players don’t even bother buying them, which makes them feel almost useless. Converting Ecoin Guns into GP could give them a new purpose. It would also encourage both new and old players to use guns that they normally wouldn’t consider. I think this could bring some variety back to the game and make the older guns feel valuable again. I hope this idea gets approved because I’m honestly getting bored of using VIPs and other colored guns. Sometimes, trying something different makes the game more fun. Please consider this suggestion. Give Ecoin Guns a second chance! 🙏

CF Lapis Lotto has been active since these past few weeks. From QBZ - 03 - Demonic Beast; M200 CheyTac - Angelic Beast - Crest; to 'Urdr' (infinity character) that is currently being offered. Then what will be the future items (usually infinity weapons, characters) that Lapis Lotto will offer soon for the CF PH players? Lapis Lotto, in default, requires 406 Lapis (12.5K+ ECoins) in order for players to obtain the desired items if they aren't fortunate (higher ranking players) for each lapis spins, but the amount of Lapis to be spent can be lowered to other players, especially to the newest players (new account owners.)

Hi developer, I hope you are all doing well. I just want to let you know that I just noticed the recoil of the QBZ demonic beast. It seems like the rifle is so much in recoil. It's not align with the design and capability of the guns.

Suggestion to return the event where those players who have two or more infinity weapons like angelic beast / demonic beast weapons could be given a chance to be qualified for changing their two angelic beast / demonic beast into a one angelic beast crest / one demonic beast crest weapon. Scenario: • A CF Player has two M4A1 - Angelic Beast, they are qualified for changing their two M4A1 - Angelic Beast weapons for one M4A1 - Angelic Beast Crest weapon. This CF Player choosed to participate in the event and take the risk of changing their two non-crest infinity weapons for a single infinity crest weapon. Therefore, this CF Player now has the chance to engrave their infinity crest weapon and enjoy their CF gameplay even more than thereafter.

📣Bring back Rank match weapon rewards! [9]
As an long time Crossfire player and rank match grinder, I personally think that rank match reward encourage me to play more, because rank match item was rare, For example: Jungle knife:rainbow, dessert eagle-S.:red rank match, machete-red rank match, D.E Royal Guard-Crystal, etc. Those daily rank match weapon reward pieces back in 2020-2021 was truly encouraging. It brings m****e to the players and encourage them to perform at their best just to earn a piece. Earning items like Royal Guard DE & Rainbow Karambit made every match worth it. We need more than just rank titles – give us something to grind for, collect. -I hope you bring this back CFPH, it's just a suggestion it's fine if you wouldn't be brought it back. Just sharing my opinion here was enough. Thank you.

Infinity characters and weapons are available in lapis lotto events for about 2 weeks. Almost P 12,000+ you'll need to spend if you're not fortunate enough to get the luxurious or the item that is being offered (such as infinity characters and weapons). Is there any way that infinity weapons and characters could be purchasable in the item shop under premium infinity section? Knowing that D.E - Angelic Beast was being sale on these past few weeks as 9,999,999 ECoins (priciest item), and later on after a week was not. Who would purchase on that item where it was almost a P 10,000,000 (as 1 EC = 1 P) that could make your livelihood ease. CF Admins (are known as having 9999999999+ ECoins, items that are not available to others), meaning there's a chance that they sell the item for 9,999,999 ECoins so that they were the only ones who could purchase the item. MHMX Death Trap [2]
When MHMX was released, we all expected Dawn Village/Dark Village to be the first remake, and it was. But after that, I’m confused why New Resort was released before New Lost City (Death Trap). Until now, there’s still no news about New Death Trap coming to CFPH. Death Trap has always been one of my favorite Hero Mode maps, and I’ve been looking forward to playing the new version ever since I saw it in other CrossFire servers. Hopefully, we get it soon cuz i’m dying to play that map on mhmx
