Bug encounter [2]

Something weird happened while I was playing Ranked earlier. I threw a smoke grenade at Door Mid to block the enemy’s view, but it never went off. Here's the details: mode: Rank Game (master class) map: Black widow (door mid, specific location) Smoke grenade model: Smoke F.Beast HBD It's supposed to pop and release yellow dark smoke, but it never did.
