If you're having trouble with Crossfire PH, sending us your "DxDiag" information can help us understand your computer's setup. Here's how to get it: Open the Start Menu: Click the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Type "dxdiag": Just start typing the letters dxdiag (no spaces or quotes). Open the Tool: You'll see "dxdiag" (or "DxDiag Run command") appear in the search results. Click on it. Say "Yes": A small window might pop up asking if you want to check if your drivers are digitally signed. Click "Yes". Save the Information: In the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window, click the button that says "Save All Information..." (it's usually at the bottom). Choose Where to Save: A "Save As" window will appear. Globe ISP users HIGH PING [3] [2]

Hi Crossfire Community, Mods, GM's and Stove, Hope you find some fix and actions for us Gamers who use Globe ISP's, Since gameclub was migrated to stove the game server changed to international server also which makes our latency so high, before our game ping is around 36-43ms, now it was roaring from 78 to 103ms even we have more than 500mbps and only been used by minimum of 3 users. Changing of isp has been an option but, the other isp's has un reliable service which disconnects everytime. We also send our screenshot and info of ip in discord but, no fix. It's almost 2-3 year problem for us playing in high ping. We used also GPNs (VPN) but it costs montly. Indonesian gamers isp also have low ping which makes us filipinos irritated of that outcome. Hope you find the fix. Thank you
