[Guide+Video] Stove PC Client Error -Missing CFPH Folder-
Missing CFPH Guide for Stove PC Client Follow this guide to add the CrossFire Philippines (CFPH) client and connect it to the Stove PC Client if the CFPH client folder is not in its default location (Program Files/Crossfire PH). 1. Once the Stove PC Client is installed and you've selected Crossfire to be installed, if the CFPH client is not in its default folder, the Stove PC Client will automatically show "Game Add." 2. On the "Game Add" click "Find"and locate the CFPH game client folder. (For me, it's located at C:/00Games/Crossfire PH; your location may vary.) 3. After Clicking Find Find your CFPH game client folder and "Select" the folder then click "Select Folder." 4. Click "Game Add" . 5. You have now successfully added the CFPH game client to the Stove PC Client, and it will automatically launch the game. 6. Enjoy! Installation Guide for CFPH and the Stove PC Client Follow this guide to install CrossFire Philippines (CFPH) and connect it to the Stove PC Client to receive the latest news, promotions, and event updates. Download All Necessary Files: It is best to save both installers to the same folder (e.g., your "Downloads" folder) to begin. CFPH Client: https://cfph-installer.game.onstove.com/CFPH-Setup Stove PC Client: https://www.onstove.com/en/download Consolidate Files: Go to the folder where you downloaded the files. Ensure that all installation parts, including CFPH_Setup_xxxx.exe and any associated .rar files, are in the same location. Run the Installer as Administrator: Locate the CFPH_Setup_xxxx.exe file. Right-click on it and select "Run as administrator." If prompted, please enter an administrator’s username and password. Follow On-Screen Instructions: Proceed with the installation by following the prompts in the setup wizard. Once complete, you can launch and Play the game directly.

Troubleshooting: "SetFVF Failed | DX Error" Error If you encounter an "SetFVF Failed | DX Error" error while playing Crossfire. please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Fix 1: Switch DirectX Versions (Launcher Settings) From now on you may now choose which DX library to execute. Open the Crossfire Launcher. Look for the Settings (gear icon) or DirectX Toggle on the main launch screen. If you are on DirectX 11: Switch it to DirectX 9 (Better for older systems/compatibility). If you are on DirectX 9: Switch it to DirectX 11 (Better for modern GPUs). Click "GameStart" Fix 2: Reinstall Legacy DirectX Libraries Modern Windows (10/11) often lacks the specific legacy files needed for Crossfire’s engine. Troubleshooting: "Failed to load" Error If you encounter an "Failed to load" error while opening the Stove Client, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Fix 1: Restart Your PC Oftentimes, a simple restart can clear out temporary system glitches and fix the error. 😊 Fix 2: Change DNS Settings If Fix 1 does not resolve the issue, please proceed with Fix 2. Good day, I would like to appeal regarding my account being permanently blocked. Earlier today, May 12, 2026, I was able to access and play on my account normally without any issues. However, when I tried logging in again this evening, I received a message stating that my account has been permanently blocked. I sincerely believe this may be a mistake because I have never used cheats, hacks, third-party software, or any illegal tools that could violate the rules of the game. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account, so this situation is very upsetting for me. I kindly ask your team to review my account and reconsider the ban. REAL EC TURNING INTO FREE EC [13]
I had 1,787 Real EC prior to spinning the Lucky Draw. After spinning, I won an additional 1,020 EC, making my total balance 2,807 EC. After receiving the 2,807 EC balance, I spent 430 EC on the CF Pass. However, when I checked my Top-Up History, it appears that spinning the Lucky Draw converted my Real EC into Free EC. Because of this, I am unable to use the EC to purchase items in the Trade Market. I am also concerned that since my Real EC was converted into Free EC, it may now expire even though Real EC normally should not expire. I am not the only player experiencing this issue. I have also seen multiple comments on social media from other players reporting the same problem. I hope this issue can be fixed as soon as possible so we can continue purchasing items from the Trade Market without restrictions, and so players no longer have to worry about their Real EC potentially expiring.
