Invalid_Item 0 Loop

I can’t enter the game on my main account. It is super frustrating knowing I can log in but then immediately get hit with the pop-up that make me go back to the beginning log-in page.

Country name missing

There is a pop up on your log in page which asks for country, but there is no option to Choose my country- India. Is this game not all region inclusive?

can't log in "invalid_item 0."

I've been playing this game for a long time, but it's been almost 2 months and I can't log in. It always says "invalid_item 0." I've tried uninstalling and re-downloading it, but it's still the same. Why is that? I really like the game 🥺

App is stuck in a loop [2]

When attempting to load the app, it displays a notification pop-up that reads "invalid_item 0", upon clicking on OK it attempts to reload the game but gets stuck with the same pop-up essentially getting stuck in an infinite loop. I haven't been able to play for quite a few days because of this. Please kindly assist. Thank you!

why i finished bangkok city and move to rome but my account still not recognized my achievements and i cant get badge of bangkok? the minimum achievement is obtain 180 star to move to another city, so what does it mean that i only have 132 star and im in rome?

So many bugs.. I had report you so many times issues and you had never replied or fixed them or at list send a gift for apology of your delay fixing. I play this game because I am a fan of BTS in order to support the group. In any other occasions with so many issues I will had stop playing. If you are going to associate this game with BTS, please kindly provide proper customer service and fix the bugs promptly. My team and I have sent in reports since Aug 27, and there is still no proper responses or fixes.
