[Notice] Thank You for Playing!
์ด๋ฏธ์ง€

Hello, this is the developer of Hello User! First of all, thank you to everyone who took the time to play the game. I wanted to receive honest feedback about the game, so I conducted this test in a state that was far from polished. As a result, I understand that various issues may have negatively affected your gameplay experience, and I feel quite embarrassed about that. As an inexperienced developer, I sincerely apologize for providing an experience that did not meet your expectations. Thanks to the feedback you shared, I was able to gain a much clearer understanding of the game's direction as well as the problems that need to be addressed. I will work quickly to improve these areas and return with a more refined and enjoyable version in the next update. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback and support. While there is still a long way to go, I will continue improving and updating the game to create a more enjoyable and satisfying experience for everyone. I hope you will co

The design was pretty and charming, and the direction was good. But the tutorial was unfriendly, so it was difficult to decipher the password and find the way..

What was good: The parts where you decipher through hacking or desktop interaction were fun and good. What was disappointing: The lack of explanation about the objective, and the UI being  difficult to understand and having poor visibility, made playing uncomfortable and disappointing.

I played enjoyably, with a feeling that was simple yet not simple.[What was good]1. The game's atmosphere was well-captured.From what I could gather from the story, it seemed to unfold events that occur when you install a program, The game window was displayed separately on the desktop, making it feel like a real incident caused by mistakenly installing a program, which was immersive and good.2. The hacking-related elements were fun.Among the items obtained through hacking, there was a .dll file that, when registered separately, provided additional effects within the game.Hacking the password module created a separate file on the desktop containing a memo with the password, which gave a realistic sense of engaging in related tasks, and that was good.[What could be improved]1. Insufficient guidance on controls.Upon starting, a bit of the story progresses, and a guide appears explaining how to play, butI felt that the most crucial hacking controls were missing.Pressing E enters hacking mode, and TAB can be used to change targets; it took some time to grasp these controls.2. Presence of minor bugs. There was a bug when restarting the second stage, which is the final stage, of the current demo version.Although I didn't record it, I can only describe it verbally: on the first try, time ran out, and when restarting, the elevator did not descend to the first floor, making progress impossible. Also, when entering a stage after exiting Lily's house, the background music overlapped.3. Game ResolutionI'm not sure if this setting is optimized for FHD, but on a QHD environment, the screen felt smaller than expected, and text was sometimes difficult to read, such as when checking passwords.I wondered if it could be changed separately, but it seemed impossible to adjust within the stage. I couldn't check at home.If the story and game volume were increased a bit, it would become a decent game.

Bug where the deep  stage is not properly initialized when exiting and re-entering the terminal+ There were many trial and errors due to the visibility of the barrier release object.Overall, the convenience and finish were disappointing, but the original elements were good.

Clear completed You said it would take about 30 minutes... but I wandered around while playing and ended up playing for 1 hour and 50 minutes. The help section also had poor visibility, making it difficult to read, and it was hard to understand immediately for someone playing the game for the first time. While playing, I encountered an elevator bug and had to restart, which meant starting over from the beginning.I wandered around because I couldn't find that there was another room... and I wandered around because I couldn't find the password folder due to many files and folders on my desktop... I played the game, but it was somehow... difficult. It's not a full-screen game, so the game screen is small, making the text visibility poor. Also, some tooltips have text that extends beyond the tooltip box.(The text in the tooltip extends beyond the tooltip box, and the tooltip is continuously moving with the mouse, which is a bug.)Movement is also strange like this... (When I jump and press the up arrow key continuously while moving, it moves like this.)When I went outside the house and went straight to the right, the character went off-screen, but pressing the E key moved the screen to the character's location...I think the game's idea and gameplay were good, but it was disappointing that the user convenience was significantly lacking. The biggest problem was the lack of a save function, so if a problem occurred or I had to stop playing midway, I had to start over from the beginning, which was the most burdensome part.It would be great if these convenience issues were supplemented and improved.Despite the hardships, I still enjoyed playing the game.

This game itself is okay, but the controls are too haphazard The tutorial is also too poor, making it difficult to understand and proceed It would have been better if it had been polished more before release

The material itself is fresh, but the gameplay is simple, so it wasn't difficult to adapt. However, due to settings that are written but not functional, the tutorial tooltips are displayed too small It's too tiring to have to start over from the beginning due to several critical bugs, with no save function.

[Event] Clear and Impressions [1]
์ด๋ฏธ์ง€

First, the opening cinematic was good.Instead of using the full screen, the message window blended into the desktop and appeared one by one, making me more interested in the game than the clichรฉ directing of existing games. However, for players unfamiliar with the game, it seemed like a difficult way to learn the controls or gameplay due to the very different starting method. And the graphics were very good.I even went outside the house, and the backgrounds were nice, and overall, the pixel art was so beautiful that it was fun to look at.However, in terms of gameplay, there was a tendency to be confused because there was no explanation of what was visually represented or whether objects were related to the progression. Also, the text was too small and tiny overall, making it difficult to read. The gameplay felt a bit ambiguous.I was expecting a hacking puzzle, but there were almost no brain-teasing elements, and I quickly got bored repeating pathfinding mini-games and number inputs. If the hacking mini-games are not made more puzzle-like and diverse, players will easily get tired of them. Also, while using the keyboard, you have to use the mouse to access the desktop, inventory, etc.It seems better to change the controls to WASD and mouse rather than directional keys.To summarize my feelings after playing through to the ending, it seems to have succeeded in attracting initial interest visually and conceptually. However, the gameplay was excessively simple, with many parts feeling repetitive,if these aspects are improved by focusing on puzzle or platformer gameplay,I believe it can evolve into a game that offers a distinctly new experience to players tired of existing games.

The fact that it hacks the player's computer makes me a little wary and excited, which was fun.The downside is that you have to interact through the scanner even outside of the stage, which is disappointing. Since you use the scanner in most situations every time you play, it's tiring to have to use it outside of the stage when it's not hacking.

The gameplay, which involves interaction with the player's actual computer files, was novel and fun. While playing platformer, puzzle, and pathfinding elements, I also felt like I was playing a board game. However, the control system and UI were too difficult, so it took some time to get used to the game.

Due to a bug, I unintentionally had to play multiple times, but I think there were interesting elements and also some disappointing aspects.I have detailed the contents I felt while playing in the survey, so please refer to it.A hacking puzzle game with a truly captivating atmosphere and world-building. I enjoyed the sensibility of exploring the digital world with Lily, and the hacking element was also interesting. However, convenience aspects such as UI, save system, and tutorial seemed to require improvement.

[BugReport] Elevator related bug [2]
์ด๋ฏธ์ง€

1. Elevator unresponsiveThe elevator, which was going down fine, is now unresponsive for an unknown reason. Even when selecting to go to the 1st floor, it does not react.2. Cannot proceedI tried to return home and proceed again, but I could not because the elevator was on the 2nd floor.3. Infinite advancement beyond the backgroundYou can break through the right wall and advance infinitely. If you hold down the right button, you will hear footsteps and continue to advance. Similarly, it takes quite a long time to return.

I enjoyed playing because the puzzle style of hacking objects or activating items within a time limit was fresh. However, since the tutorial's explanation of the game progression and objectives was somewhat insufficient, I frequently got stuck during gameplay. In particular, some of the objects on the map that needed to be hacked looked like ordinary background decorations, and the lack of explanation for the mechanisms made the puzzles feel more difficult. It would be good to supplement the tutorial and add specific guides for missions, and it would be good to improve the visibility of objects so they don't get lost in the background.

I like the character and dot graphics, and the directing. The downside is that there's practically no tutorial for controls, so you're clueless at first. Also, after getting an item, if you don't close the window with ESC, no controls work, so I struggled a lot.

[Event] I'm confirming the clear! [1]
์ด๋ฏธ์ง€

I've written the detailed pros and cons in the feedback, so I'll just briefly mention my thoughts on the game. What was good was that the UI design and directing were configured to look like actual hacking, which provided good immersion, and the gimmick of interacting with the desktop was also fresh and good. What was disappointing was that the explanation was somewhat insufficient compared to the game system, which took a long time to adapt to, and some bugs that affected gameplay. Additionally, as you can see from the screenshot, it's a 2560x1440 resolution, but the text on the screen was displayed so small throughout the gameplay that it was difficult to read. This part could also be improved.I enjoyed playing the game!

[BugReport] Several bugs [1]
์ด๋ฏธ์ง€

Even if I pick up the keycard, I can keep picking it up The notepad displayed a warning and did not open I remember opening the notepad after terminating it via Task Manager I only hid my user ID in the screenshot  The elevator got stuck in the middle and I couldn't proceed. I'm not sure if there's a way to proceed in this state When I go home from the puzzle-solving stage, the time limit also follows Debuffs that are only within the stage also follow When I move from the stage to home and then back to the puzzle-solving stage, debuffs stack. The background music from outside the house also stacks. Also, when jumping and moving, if I get stuck somewhere and am stuck in infinite levitation, no key works and I can't proceed Also, when I get a bug and turn the game off and on, it resets completely and starts from the beginning, so a save function is desperately needed. There is a hidden computer outside the house called "Go to Desktop", but it doesn't work even if I hack it Personally, I think the most urgent issues right now are the save function that prevents resetting when bugs occur and the reset function for the affected stage  I had to force quit the game twice due to bugs, and it was most difficult that everything reset.
