[DevLog] <Card Colony> Direction for the full release [2]
Since the current demo ends on day 26, it can sometimes feel like the run finishes before your deck really comes together. Because of that, you might feel that luck plays a bigger role in the demo. In the full release, Iโm planning to reduce this by shifting the core structure toward a card unlock system. From the main menu, youโll see five continents (maps)โby completing missions and quests there, youโll unlock new cards. Then, in Infinite Mode (separate from the maps), youโll be able to start a run by choosing a few โstarting cardsโ from the cards youโve unlocked. (Right now, the demo basically starts with just one house as a starting card.) Iโll also expand the variety of random events that help support deck-building, so the current level of run-to-run randomness will be reduced over time. And rankings will be calculated only in Infinite Mode. To sum it up: the current demo is basically a small taste of the full gameโs Infinite Mode. This is the plan for now, but any suggestions or

I think it will be broken when lightning appears in the official version later, but it is a very stable build based on the demo version!!! I copied the magic core to the lab to get high-grade cards, built a few quarries, and then deleted everything except the gold ore card to make sure only gold ore cards come out.It's my first time, so there are some unnecessary buildings. I originally tried to secure 90 gold with a factory and a combination of well, water, and tree, but I almost got frustrated because the tree didn't come out.However, I was able to clear it as the laboratory, oak barrel, gold ore, and refinery came out in succession.Since the laboratory copies one adjacent card, I placed oak barrels (1-20 gold) and gold ore (50 gold) that can earn gold when destroyed.As better cards are automatically copied as they are destroyed, I was able to obtain a large amount of gold with a fairly high probability.The refinery additionally acquired 2 gold when the tower was destroyed, so I was able to obtain gold stably even if other towers were destroyed.It's a shame that the well increases the amount of water and occupies the tiles, but it seems like a good combination because it's a destruction and reproduction build.

I was going to use undead slightly at the base house and then move on to stone, but I ended up failing to switch builds properly and died. ใ Since card acquisition is so random, I think it would be good to add a device that allows you to select one out of 2-3 cards when you draw a card, or buy a card with gold through a store once every 10 rounds or a specific round.
