Notice of Service Termination
First, we’d like to say how thankful we are for all the love and support that our Heroes have shown for Arcane Straight until now.
As many of you have seen, the service of Arcane Straight is being transferred to Gameplete, and the game is now being serviced under its new name, “Triple Fantasy.”
Players are currently able to transfer their accounts from Arcane Straight to Triple Fantasy. Likewise, after the account transfer period has ended, service of Arcane Straight will be discontinued.

- Service Termination: 3/20 (Wed) 01:00 UTC
- Account Transfer Period: 1/31 (Thu) ~ 5/31 (Fri) 14:59 UTC
* Game service will be unavailable after March 20; however, players will be able to transfer their accounts to Triple Fantasy until May 31.
■ In-App Purchase Discontinuation
- Download via app markets and in-app purchases will be discontinued beginning on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 01:00 UTC.

2. Refund Information
ㄴ In the case of premium currency (Diamond), all currency is moved to Triple Fantasy when transferring an account. However, if you would like to request a refund on your remaining Diamond, we will be happy to assist you.
ㄴ However, resources and Diamond obtained in-game and from events cannot be refunded.
ㄴ More information about Diamond refunds will be distributed in a separate announcement next week.
3. Players will be unable to transfer their accounts from Arcane Straight to Triple Fantasy after the transfer period has ended.
